Franchising Veteran Finds Affordable Franchise Opportunity in AL!

Franchising Veteran Finds Affordable Franchise Opportunity in AL!

When it comes to seeking interesting and affordable franchise opportunities, this isn’t Cory Cummings’ first rodeo! As a seasoned Franchise Owner who operated five Firehouse Subs locations at one point, Cory already knows what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. As one of our newest Franchise Owners, Cory shared with us what made him decide that Footprints Floors was the right franchise opportunity to help him begin a new adventure with his wife and kids in Birmingham, Alabama.

Tell us a little about yourself. What is your personal and professional background?

My wife is Sarah Cummings and my children are Ethan (age 5) and Eve (age 3). We met in Pueblo, Colorado while she was going to nursing school and I was working for Target in supply chain services. The Lord then took me to Tucson, Arizona for two years and it solidified that Sarah was the woman I wanted to marry.

The day we got back from our honeymoon, we moved back to Colorado and started working on opening the first of our Firehouse Subs franchises. Over the next 10 years, we would build a total of three restaurants and acquire two restaurants. That brings us to the Footprints Floors franchise and the opportunity to move our family from Denver to Birmingham, Alabama, where Sarah grew up and has her family.

What are your personal hobbies or interests?

When I am not working I love to ride motocross, and having my son turn 5 years old meant getting him a bike and taking him to the track with me. When we are at home I also enjoy woodworking. When I am around water I enjoy fishing but you never want to go with me because I don’t do a lot of catching….

How did you first learn about Footprints Floors?

When I was in the process of selling my restaurant businesses, the broker we were using in the transaction learned what I wanted to change about owning my own business. One day while casually discussing businesses, he mentioned Footprints Floors as a concept that might cure some of the frustrations I had before.

Why is Footprints Floors the right fit for you?

There are several reasons. First is the low overhead and ease of market entry. The ability to have some control over my schedule and allow me to have time to set aside for my family was a big attraction. Getting into another retail-type situation was 100% unappealing. Lastly, I could run the business by myself if I wanted to, which I don’t. But I feel I can be much more selective about who works for me and the retention is much better than the retail/restaurant world.

What did you like about the Footprints Floors Discovery Day?

I liked the amount of time that I was able to spend with (Founder) Bryan (Park). I understand that when you are selling a franchise you can only say certain things from a legal perspective, and he allowed me to pepper him with questions from various perspectives to get the understanding I wanted.

What did you like about meeting the Footprints Floors corporate team?

I felt like we just see things similarly and our overall worldviews agree. It excites me to be in a franchise early in the process. I hope I am able to help steer and contribute to the overall franchise community.

What has been the best part of your experience with the Footprints Floors’ corporate team so far?

So, a Big Mac’s “secret sauce” is Thousand Island and everybody knows it, but it’s like an open secret.  However, you would definitely notice if your Big Mac didn’t have Thousand Island. From what I have seen, (office manager) Debbie (Melkonian) is the Thousand Island for Footprints!

What drives you to be an entrepreneur?

I am a fourth-generation business owner. So it really is the only thing I saw growing up. Now that I have left one franchise I had a meeting with a gentleman who helps people make career changes. After an hour of discussions, he told me that he calls people like myself “chronically unemployable,” meaning that I struggle to work for other people and I struggle even more punching a clock. He told me that I needed to find something to do for myself or work for such a small company that I would basically be running it from Day One.

What do you think will make you successful?

When I was a kid and I went to work with my dad at his business, he told me that to own a business you don’t need to be an expert at any one thing but rather you need to know a little bit about everything and then where to go find the rest of the answers. He worked on teaching me how to “figure it out” when things would not go as planned. That came in handy when I owned multiple restaurants. I did everything from IT support, security system installations and monitoring, HR, financial management, equipment handyman, marketing, and team development.

Being able to do a little bit of everything has allowed me to make balanced decisions and consider various aspects of our business when implementing policy.

What sets Footprints Floors apart, in your eyes, from other franchise opportunities in the Service Industry?

From the customer’s perspective, it would be professionalism. From a Franchise Owner perspective, it’s the cost of entry and ROI, and the ability to be able to work as hard I want to and be able to prioritize my family.

What do you look forward to most about owning your own Footprints Floors franchise?

In my wife’s words, “You need a job where you can be a professional friend to people. Footprints Floors might give you that.”

We’re thrilled to welcome Cory as one of the newest members of the Footprints Floors franchise family, and look forward to seeing him gain success as a Franchise Owner in Birmingham!

Clint Morse Opens Home Improvement Franchise in Columbus!

Clint Morse Opens Home Improvement Franchise in Columbus!

Home Improvement Franchise Owner Clint Morse

Footprints Floors is making tracks as one of the top home improvement franchise opportunities in the country! We’re adding new Franchise Owners and expanding our U.S. territories all the time, and have already SOLD OUT in several markets. Thanks to new Franchise Owners like U.S. Army veteran Clint Morse, who is slated to open three Columbus, Ohio territories, we are quickly gaining a national reputation for exceptional customer service, outstanding craftsmanship, and a business model that benefits Franchise Owners and customers alike.

We recently caught up with Clint to learn more about one of our newest members of the Footprints Floors home improvement franchise and find out what made Footprints Floors stand apart from other home improvement franchise opportunities out there. Here’s what he had to say.

Q: What is your personal/professional background?

A: I grew up in a small rural Ohio community.   After attending college at Ohio University I moved to Columbus where I started working for a family-owned, third-party logistics co-pack company supervising light manufacturing assembly operations.  We made variety packs and applied specially marketed packaging for a diverse customer base;  everything from pet food to candy, sports drinks to door hanger marketing material.

Within about a year of starting, and as an 8-year member of the Ohio Army National Guard, I deployed to Kosovo in 2004-05. After returning from deployment over the next 5 years I continued to advance within the company working to support light assembly operations which eventually led to a move to the Chicagoland area to oversee their plant in West Chicago.  A job change brought me back to Columbus and I began working for a large global cosmetics company, again supporting assembly operations of special and holiday packaging for our brands. Over the next several years I worked to build high-performing teams growing a multi-shift operation to a production total of $225 million per year in retail.

In 2013 I met my wife Hiroko when she was working for a Japanese automaker in Columbus.  About 3 years ago we relocated to New Jersey in order for me to take a promotion to oversee all of the planning for the Columbus manufacturing facility.   Through all this time we’ve maintained ties to family and friends who are back in Ohio, and recently we’ve been looking for an opportunity to return to the area.

Q: What are your personal hobbies or interests?

A: My wife and I love to travel both domestically and internationally.  We’ve been to over 30 destinations, we really like staying near city centers and immersing ourselves in the culture and cuisine of our locale.

Both of us are foodies and we love to cook and try out new recipes. I have received many compliments on my short ribs marinara, and I also make a pretty mean curried chicken!

Q: How did you first learn about Footprints Floors?

A: I found an online ad while researching businesses for sale. After some additional research, I determined it was for a Footprints Floors franchise and filled out the online contact form.

Q: Why is Footprints Floors the right fit for you?

A: Footprints Floors rose to the top of my list for a variety of reasons.  It checked off many of the criteria I was looking for in a business opportunity.

One leading reason is the low startup cost and great unit economics but something else I really like is how focused Footprints Floors is on providing a great customer experience.  Never having been a business owner before, having the structure of a proven system and the support from (Footprints Floors Founder) Bryan (Park) and the team is important to me and it gives me confidence.

Q: What did you like about Footprints Floors’ business model?

A: (I liked the) low startup cost and low overhead, a widely-appealing product and service with a proven resiliency throughout the coronavirus epidemic, and a clear competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Something that stands out in that last point is the centralized CSR program which equates to a high percentage of lead conversion and makes a positive first impression with regards to initial customer contact. The model’s ability to scale was also a determining factor, I want something that I can grow and something where I can develop my own supporting team.

Q: What did you like about meeting Footprints Floors’ Founder and corporate team?

A: Bryan and the team are great! They’ve got an easygoing and casual way about them that makes you feel comfortable from the start. As you start to get into the specifics, their knowledge and business acumen becomes apparent. You can see both the work that’s gone into building the brand as well as a culture and commitment to continuously improve and build shared success.

Q: What did you like about the Footprints Floors Discovery Day?

A: For my Discovery Day, I flew in that morning and flew out later that same day. It wasn’t a lot of time but it was enough to get a good impression of the people and what Footprints Floors is all about.  Footprints Floors is about people; new Franchise Owners, customers, the corporate team- there’s an energy and you can feel and I believe there is something special happening.   Then of course, there were the tacos we had for lunch from a local shop….. delicious!!

Q: What was the “A-ha!” or “Lightbulb” moment that made you want to franchise with Footprints Floors?

A: I tend to be a risk mitigator and take an optimistic skeptic’s approach when it comes to an investment opportunity.   There are many positive numbers and projection models that you can look at, but for me the lightbulb moment came from listening to, talking to, and reading about other Franchise Owners.  With so many successful people from a variety of diverse backgrounds and disciplines all seeing the same thing I was seeing and taking the leap to join Footprints Floors I knew it was something special that I wanted to be part of.

Q: Why did you want to become an entrepreneur?

A: Early this year I decided it was time for a change. I was no longer fulfilled by my career path, and after some soul searching I found it was the right time for me to stop putting my future in the hands of others and look for opportunities to shape my own fortune.  I wanted to find something that would allow me to return to central Ohio and take charge of my own destiny.   Recent events and the impacts of Covid-19 have only further reinforced those convictions.

Q: What do you think will make you successful?

A: I feel Columbus and the surrounding area is a market with enormous potential, a vibrant growing area full of both renovation and new construction.  I believe there is an opportunity to create a large and thriving business in this market while providing a valuable product and terrific customer service to a community that means a lot to me – and to have some fun along the way.

Q: What sets Footprints Floors apart, in your eyes, from other home improvement franchise opportunities?

A: In the franchise opportunities I researched, the direct support from the centralized CSRs is an advantage unique to Footprints Floors. Just as important to me has been what I have learned through my education with (Franchise Development Director) Mike (Edwards) and in speaking with Bryan, as well as listening and speaking to other Franchise Owners regarding the sense of family, excitement, and camaraderie from people with varying backgrounds all coming together to support each other’s success.

Q: What has been the best part of your experience with the Footprints Floors corporate team so far?

A: Since I haven’t been to the initial training as of yet, my direct experience to this point has been through Discovery Day. I felt as though everyone was transparent and open to answering all of my questions. Moreover, I felt as though joining the Footprints Floors team was the right fit for me.

Q: What advice would you give to a potential Franchise Owner?

A: Once you’ve committed to becoming a business owner, taking on all the risks and rewards that go with it, you’ll have many options to choose from.   Find something you can be passionate about and look for people with whom you are comfortable being in business and involved in your life.  Franchises are built to be successful following a model, but it’s a big investment with a long commitment. At the end of the day, I believe enjoyment, fulfillment,  and success have a lot to do with a business’s people and its culture.

Q: Why did you choose a home improvement franchise over a different industry, such as the restaurant industry?

A: I was much more interested in something with low overhead, and given current events, something without a storefront that has more resilience to operate within the current pandemic climate and forced shutdowns. I also wanted something with the ability to scale without multiple physical locations.

Q: What do you look forward to most about owning your own Footprints Floors home improvement franchise?

A: I’m excited about the opportunity to build and grow a business, as well as freedom from the corporate structure.

We’re thrilled to welcome Clint to the Footprints Floors home improvement franchise family and can’t wait to establish roots in our new Columbus, OH community. We look forward to celebrating many successes with Clint in the future!

Eduardo Reyes Opens Our FIRST San Antonio Flooring Franchise!

Eduardo Reyes Opens Our FIRST San Antonio Flooring Franchise!

We’ve been busier than ever over the past few months, as our flooring franchise continues to sell out in markets across the country! Eduardo Reyes, one of our newest Franchise Owners, just purchased a Footprints Floors territory in the North San Antonio/New Braunfels, Texas area, becoming our first flooring Franchise Owner to serve San Antonio!

We were able to catch up with Eduardo and chat with him about his experience with our Franchise Education Process, our corporate team, and more, including what made him want to invest in our flooring franchise opportunity.

At 28, Reyes is the youngest Owner in our flooring franchise, proving it’s never too early in your career to follow your dreams of entrepreneurship! A former financial sales advisor with BBVA, he enjoyed the world of banking and finance but dreamed of someday owning a business. “I always knew I wanted to have a business of my own, but was waiting for that million-dollar idea,” he recalls. “Then I said, ‘Maybe it’s time to go with a franchise.”

Flooring Franchise Owner Eduardo Reyes

Eduardo’s decision to begin looking into franchising opportunities was made somewhat easier thanks to a connection to the franchising world through a childhood friend. He says, “I’ve always wanted to do a franchise- I just did not know how to go into finding one. But then one of my best friends since childhood became a franchise broker last year, and that’s when it started getting serious.”

After embarking on the process of finding the right franchise match this past January, Reyes found himself immersed in a variety of prospective opportunities, and it became clearer to him what he was looking for, as well as what he was not looking for, in a franchise business venture. He explains, “First of all, one of the big things was I didn’t want to have a big overhead investment. Not being required to have an office or pay rent, pay employees, that was also a big, big thing for me. It’s my first business and I didn’t want to have that stress to start off.”

Though he continued to look at other franchise opportunities for comparison’s sake, Eduardo could see that Footprints Floors was the franchise that ticked all the boxes on his wish list. He admits, “I always knew it was going to be Footprints Floors but was just doing due diligence!”

In addition to fitting the bill as a home-based business with no need for a brick and mortar location or a staff of employees on a payroll, Reyes was also impressed with the outstanding economics that our flooring franchise opportunity offered. He says, “The initial investment isn’t that much compared to other franchises and the ROI is an average 6 months to a year. The numbers spoke to me!”

In due time, Eduardo moved through the Education Process and soon found himself attending a Discovery Day hosted by our Founder, Bryan Park, and the rest of our corporate team in Denver. For him, he says, speaking with everyone on the team is what really sealed the deal. “Meeting Bryan, (Franchise Development Manager) (Brian Knuth), (Jon Jarvis), (Franchise Support Manager), (Northern Colorado Franchise Owner) (Aaron Benedict), (Debbie Melkonian), (Director of Managed Services), (Rachel Simpson), (Director of Operations)- everybody- I noticed the way they got along, their type of culture, it’s what I wanted.”

As someone who comes from a very tight-knit family and is close with his parents, grandparents, aunt, and brother, Reyes was particularly struck by the family feel of our corporate team, particularly in contrast with the office culture he’d experienced in his former financial career. “It’s very different from banking or finance culture,” he notes. “It’s very family-oriented, and I’m a big family guy!”

San Antonio flooring franchiseNow that Eduardo’s flooring franchise is already up and running in North San Antonio, he anticipates great success, thanks to the need for flooring installation and restoration in his community, along with his innate ability to connect with people. “Connecting with the customers, building confidence and trust and building a relationship with them, I am very good at that,” he says, adding, “From that, referrals come!”  Reyes is also looking forward to using his bilingual Spanish and English skills to communicate effectively with subcontractor crews and customers alike.

Reflecting on his decision to invest in a flooring franchise, Eduardo notes that the Footprints Floors opportunity allows him to do something he always wanted to do- provide a useful service to his community. “I was always looking at services,” he says. “I wanted to provide a service, I wanted the success of the business to depend on how hard I work, not on waiting for customers to walk in the door.” We anticipate great things for our new flooring Franchise Owner, and look forward to hearing about his tremendous success in North San Antonio!

Mike Swofford is Starting a Flooring Business in Cincinnati!

Mike Swofford is Starting a Flooring Business in Cincinnati!

Mike Swofford is starting a flooring business

We’re proud to announce that the latest member of our Footprints Floors family, Mike Swofford, is starting a flooring business in Cincinnati! Mike has already opened up his Footprints Floors location and is taking estimates and performing jobs for people in the Cincinnati area, but we were fortunate enough to catch up with him and learn more about our latest Franchise Owner. Here’s a Q&A with Mike, detailing his background, hobbies, and the story behind his decision for starting a flooring business with Footprints Floors.

What is your personal/professional background?

I was born in St. Louis and lived in Dallas for some time before moving to Cincinnati in 1994. After earning a BA in English from Miami University I began a career with the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America. I held many roles there serving eight years as the Director of Support Services. In that role, I was responsible for the operations of all facilities including 1200 acres of camp properties, financial oversight of the organization, management of a team of 23 full-time employees, and many of the administrative functions of the business.

After 15 years, I began looking for greater challenges and decided to develop myself further by returning to school. In 2019 I was a full-time student at Xavier University and earned a Master’s in Business Administration.

How did you first learn about starting a flooring business with Footprints Floors?

I was contacted by a franchise consultant and was attracted to the idea of owning a franchise. After a discovery process with four different franchise companies, I was excited about the potential with Footprints Floors.

Why did you choose to invest in a franchise in the service Industry over a different industry like the restaurant industry?

I had no interest in a brick and mortar store or food service, seeing that the overhead involved can make or break the business much faster than anything else. In service, I can focus on quality and process, not on inventory and facilities.

Why is Footprints Floors the right fit for you?

In looking at franchises, I was sure I wasn’t interested in brick and mortar and wanted to avoid any business that was purely sales without being a part of the results. My earlier career had given me a passion for ensuring quality and building relationships with people, and I saw Footprints as an opportunity to build a business around providing great service at a fair cost and personally ensure results are delivered as promised.

What did you like about Footprints Floors’ business model?

My experiences with having two flooring jobs done in my own home gave me an instant appreciation for the Footprints Floors model. With both those projects, I was frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and project management that was provided for a major upgrade to my most important asset, my home.

Footprints Floors’ model offers the exact opposite – constant communication, direct project management, and a relationship with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction and quality work. And knowing that many customers are like me and prefer to have the freedom to buy their own product, focusing on installation gives Footprints Floors’ a unique and valuable service not available anywhere else.

What did you like about meeting Footprints Floors’ Founder and corporate team?

While I enjoyed my earlier career, I was not interested in rejoining the competitiveness and the hierarchy of the corporate world. The Footprints Floors Founders were a breath of fresh air — real people that work hard towards each other’s success. I knew right away that these were people that understood that honest, quality service and good processes go much farther in building a business than saving a buck and rushing jobs.

What did you like about the Footprints Floors Discovery Day?

Because of the COVID-19 lockdowns, I was only able to attend a virtual Discovery Day, but in the spirit of adapting, Footprints Floors did a great job of ensuring I was given a genuine taste of the business. A Franchise Owner even joined the video conference and showed me around a job site, introducing me to the crew and showing me their progress. I felt that each of the officers knew their stuff and were proud of their work, and I was certain there was mutual interest in success.

Was there any one “A-HA!” or “lightbulb” moment that made you excited about starting a flooring business with Footprints Floors?

Having a lot of experience in financial management, it is important for me to really understand the numbers behind something. As I looked at the opportunity with Footprints Floors and the possibility of quickly seeing a return on my investment, I was skeptical about what I was being told. But after talking with several Franchise Owners and putting together my own forecasts, even my conservative projections showed potential for success. It was then that I knew that not only was I comfortable with the Footprints Floors model, but I was also excited to get started and be building my own business.

What sets Footprints Floors apart, in your eyes, from other franchise opportunities in the service industry?

Footprints Floors felt like a family right away, which I can’t say for the other franchises I explored. And while Footprints Floors is growing rapidly, I still felt like it is a young and exciting business to be a part of. The systems in place are solid, logical, and effective without being burdensome or distracting.

What has been the best part of your experience with the Footprints Floors’ corporate team so far?

The two weeks of training in Denver were incredibly helpful. I couldn’t believe that Bryan Park, the Founder and CEO, spent as much time directly working with us, offering his experience, best practices, and missteps as a guide. The value of that time is immeasurable, and I see how that approach is a part of the whole culture of the team.

What are your personal hobbies or interests?

I love to travel, having been to 17 countries and hope to explore many more. I enjoy anything outdoors and like to hike at parks around Cincinnati and other areas I visit. I also enjoy music, reading, computers, and home improvement projects.

Why did you want to become an entrepreneur?

While I enjoyed my work in my first career, I gained a distaste for the politics and hierarchy of working for a large organization. I like the idea of seeing a direct connection between the work I put in and the success I achieve. I had always had in the back of my mind a desire to own my own business, but starting from scratch seemed too daunting. When I finished my MBA degree I gained the confidence to run my own business and working with a franchise was an excellent fit.

What do you think will make you successful?

I have a firm understanding of business practices and believe that organization and good planning are the foundation for success. My work ethic is strong, but I also have come to realize the importance of balancing work and enjoying life. And I believe that customer satisfaction is essential to my own pride in what I do.

Now that you’ve been through the Education Process, what advice would you give to a prospective Franchise Owner?

Being a business owner and particularly working within a franchise is not for everyone, and if you are considering exploring franchises the first step should really be to assess your level of commitment and interest in driving every aspect of your own success. Then do your homework, be skeptical of any promises made, and follow-up to ensure the potential you are hearing really makes sense as you project how your business might run. If A does really equal B and you are willing to be responsible for an entire business, then jump in feet first.

What do you look forward to most about starting a flooring business with Footprints Floors?

I look forward to the growth potential of my business. Starting meager with one territory, I already have a vision for expanding into more territories and building a team to meet greater and greater business needs.

Wishing you all the best in your new endeavor with starting a flooring business, Mike!

Kevin Warfield Brings Flooring Franchise to Tucson

Kevin Warfield Brings Flooring Franchise to Tucson

Flooring Franchise Owner Kevin Warfield

As our flooring franchise continues its nationwide expansion, we’re thrilled to announce the imminent arrival of the first Footprints Floors location in Tucson, Arizona! Kevin Warfield, one of our newest Franchise Owners, will be leaving San Diego, a city he’s called home for years, in order to open his flooring franchise in Tucson in coming months- a change that he is excited to make after many fulfilling years in his career in finance. Kevin sat down with us for an interview about his goals and aspirations for owning the first Tucson territory of our flourishing flooring franchise.

Like a number of our Franchise Owners, Kevin’s professional background has a lot to do with business and little to do with flooring, construction, or anything else in the home improvement industry. “I’ve spent 17 years in the banking world, ” Kevin tells us. “Everything has been great- but I’ve been living in the corporate world basically my whole career, and I wanted to try something different.” After spending nearly two enjoyable decades with the national banking conglomerate, Kevin decided to leave his position as a Relationship Manager, where he was responsible for managing the portfolios of highly-complex clients in the property management division.

Uncertain as to exactly where his new path would lead, Kevin was sure of one thing: he wanted to own his own business. He began researching businesses for sale in the Tucson area, including a couple of franchises. After partnering with a franchise consultant, Kevin began reviewing options, intent on finding a franchise opportunity that would fulfill three major criteria: not having any permanent employees on a payroll, not having to own a brick and mortar building, and, of course, allowing him to be his own boss. Our flooring franchise opportunity was an excellent fit for all three criteria, something that made Kevin immediately interested when he first learned about Footprints Floors.

One other aspect of the Footprints flooring franchise which fit the bill for Kevin was his underlying interest in real estate, thanks to his previous career experience with people in property management. “I liked that I was passionate about what I would be doing,” he says, adding, “I love real estate, I love investing- I have always had a pretty good eye as to what looks good, what works in a house, with flooring.” Kevin also enjoys “the consultant aspect of things,” and looks forward to helping customers find the right flooring to fit their needs and budget as a Footprints Floors Franchise Owner.

Kevin was able to complete an in-person Discovery Day at our Colorado flooring franchise headquarters, where he met Footprints Floors Founder Bryan Park, along with other members of our executive support team. In addition to getting insight into the day-to-day operations he could expect in his own flooring franchise location by meeting some Denver-area Franchise Owners and riding along on a couple of assignments, Kevin also managed to make time to meet up with some local family members and partake in some of the amazing outdoor recreation Colorado has to offer. “It ended up being an amazing trip,” he recalls. “I did some camping and met up with family, and it all tied into the Discovery Day.”

As fun and informative as his trip to Footprints Floors headquarters was, Kevin admits that he arrived in Colorado with his mind already made up about owning a flooring franchise. “I can’t say [Discovery Day] is what sold the whole thing,” he explains. “There were already a lot of other things that had pretty much made the decision. I met people I could see myself working with, building a future and building a brand myself.”

As Kevin firms up his plans for attending his Franchise Owner training in Colorado later this summer, he reflects on his choice to leave corporate America behind in pursuit of a flooring franchise business he can call his own. “I’ve always been kind of looking outside of the box,” he says of his desire to become an entrepreneur. “I’m giving up a really good gig, a lot of years with a bank, but I think it’s a good moment to make this transition. I’ve always owned real estate, always looked at investment opportunities. I think there is a little bit of risk leaving a secure job, leaving my home in San Diego, but I’m at that point in my life where family is my priority and money is second to that.

It’s this intrepid entrepreneurial spirit that Kevin believes will help him achieve success as the owner of a flooring franchise. Though he feels that it may be “pretty premature” for him to offer advice to prospective Franchise Owners, he did have a few words of wisdom for anyone who is considering business ownership, either through our flooring franchise or elsewhere: “I would say ask a lot of questions, do your research, and make sure that your own skills will help you feel comfortable.”

We look forward to seeing what great things lay ahead for Kevin and his Tucson, AZ flooring franchise!
