Not only that, but they also have the added benefit of our corporate call center. Franchise Owners send the corporate team their availability schedule, and the call center will only schedule appointments during those times.
Also, since all calls from customers are fielded through the call center, they are never missed, and customers are never left waiting for a response. This system also allows our experienced and educated staff to defuse any problem before it reaches the Franchise Owner.

Our initial training program consists of 56 hours in a classroom and 67 hours of on-the-job training at our Corporate Headquarters in Colorado. Through this comprehensive program, you will learn the ins and outs of running a successful flooring franchise, from hiring crews to doing estimates, and more! You’ll also gain an insider perspective to the flooring industry in general. We have optimized the traditional classroom to focus on a more effective education process for our Franchise Owners.
We have the tools to help you run your company and benchmark with our proprietary dashboard. We will help you make the analytics-based decisions that are in the best interest of your flooring franchise as you look beyond your opening date.
We see it as our responsibility to help Franchise Owners maximize their revenues and productivity. Because of this, outside of lead generation assistance and our call center we offer regular support calls, webinars, and training modules. We also foster a support network among our existing Franchise Owners.
