We Support Our Franchise Owners
Footprints Floors University is a 30-day training program that our new Franchise Owners attend. Our Training Center is situated at our Corporate Headquarters in Colorado. Footprints Floors University has optimized the traditional classroom to focus on a more practical education process. You’ll spend 7 days in the classroom and then the remainder of the time in the field with Support Staff and Top Producers.
As a new Franchise Owner, you won’t need to be a marketing wiz in order to quickly build a solid business. New Franchise Owners enjoy the ongoing benefits of leveraging our sterling national reputation as we have programs in place with larger reputation management vendors to ensure that all flooring Franchise Owners are able to take advantage of our stellar reputation in each market. We continue to generate leads at a national level and also work with each individual Franchise Owner to ensure we have a sound local marketing campaign in place.

As a Footprints Owner, you’ll have the support of our Call Center. Our highly-trained, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable staff will handle all of your leads & inquiries so that you are able to focus on the more critical components of your business.
We have the tools to help you run your company and benchmark with our proprietary dashboard. We help you make data based decisions on your Footprints Floors business as you look to get open and beyond.
