Mark and Rachel Simmons Open Ft. Worth Floor Franchise

Mark and Rachel Simmons Open Ft. Worth Floor Franchise

Ft. Worth Floor Franchise Owners Mark and Rachel Simmons

Our floor franchise has been making footprints across the entire state of Texas, and now, thanks to Mark and Rachel Simmons, we can proudly say that Footprints Floors will be flooring soon in Ft. Worth! The couple is on pace to open three Ft. Worth-area territories of our floor franchise, with additional locations in neighboring Arlington and Denton. With Footprints’ floor franchise territories being snapped up all across the Lone Star State, including several locations in major cities like Austin, Houston, and Dallas, we’re proud to welcome our new Ft. Worth Franchise Owners to the Footprints Floors family and are glad they were able to take advantage of the floor franchise opportunity while it’s still available!

Both graduates of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Mark and Rachel have both had fulfilling professional careers in sales and social work, respectively. “I have been in sales and marketing my entire career since graduating from Baylor University in 1994 with a BBA in marketing,” shares Mark. “I began selling contract office furniture in 1999 and have been doing that for 21 years. In the last 6 years, I have been the Regional Sales Manager for a manufacturing company that builds school furniture.  Recently, I was promoted to National Sales Manager for the East Coast.”

Rachel, who earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 1994, enjoyed a rewarding career as a social worker before putting her professional career on pause in order to stay home and care for the couple’s children. In addition to her extensive stay-at-home mom duties, Rachel has also been pitching in with her father and brother’s small businesses.

Though he found a great deal of enjoyment and success through his sales career, Mark always had a dream to become an entrepreneur. “Since I was young, I have always had the desire to one day own my own business,” he tells us.  “I had hoped that it would happen before now, but the opportunity never really presented itself.  The thought of building something that is my own really appeals to me.”

Mark’s entrepreneurial interests led him to Karl Morningstar, a consultant with the You Network. For two years, Mark and Karl worked to find a business opportunity that would excite him and tick all the boxes for the couple’s entrepreneurial ambitions. Early this year, Karl presented Mark with the franchise he had been waiting to find throughout his journey- Footprints Floors.

What made our floor franchise the one to spark Mark’s interest after being presented with so many other options? For Mark, it wasn’t just one aspect of our business model, but rather the entire package.

“Footprints Floors offers an opportunity that has low overhead, has a quick ramp-up period, and is very scalable,” he explains. “There is no need to rent a storefront or keep inventory on hand.  Although this industry is competitive, the competition is segmented and disorganized, making a professional, organized approach primed for success.  I really like the dedicated customer relations manager that will be responding to leads and setting appointments.  I think that this is the secret weapon. “Also,” he adds, “the people that I’ve talked to and listened to seem to be very similar to me…hardworking, family-oriented people.”

Mark and Rachel very much enjoyed the family-focused philosophy shared by floor franchise Founder Bryan Park and the rest of the Footprints Floors corporate team, as it aligned perfectly with their own strong family values. The couple is extremely active in their church, with Mark acting as a deacon, teaching Sunday school, and even playing the trumpet in the church orchestra. Both he and Rachel felt strongly about finding a franchise opportunity that would still allow them the flexibility to spend time with their family and keeping up with their important commitments and hobbies outside of work.

Mark was able to attend his Discovery Day in person at our Colorado headquarters, where he met with Bryan Park and the rest of the corporate team- an experience that he says was very helpful in terms of showing him the ins and outs of the floor franchise. “I enjoyed meeting the ownership and management team,” he says.  “I also enjoyed visiting a project and going on some estimates.  This helped me realize that this is actually something that I can do.”

Meeting the Footprints Floors corporate team during Discovery Day helped shed light on how much outstanding support Mark and Rachel could expect as Franchise Owners. “Everyone has been very responsive when I have had questions,” he says.  “I have been provided a checklist of items that need to be completed, but I have not felt rushed or pressured to get that done.”

Mark also enjoyed getting to know Bryan and seeing how his background and experience in the home improvement industry is a major asset for Franchise Owners. “Brian started the business by actually working and installing floors,” he explains. “This gives him a great understanding of how the business works and has allowed him to develop a system that stands out in a sea of mediocre flooring companies.”

As the couple prepares to open their Ft. Worth floor franchise, Mark shares what he feels will make him a successful Footprints Floors Franchise Owner. “I have 25 years of sales experience, which I think will help.  I also have a good work ethic and am pretty good at developing relationships with people.  I have a reputation for being trustworthy and reliable.  The combination of these things will hopefully lead to success.”

As Mark and Rachel look to the future, they can see their Ft. Worth floor franchise growing beyond their first territory into a business empire. Mark shares his ultimate goals as a Franchise Owner: “I look forward to growing my territories and hiring project managers and salespeople to help me out.  In the future, when somebody asks me what I do, I want to tell them that I own a Footprints Floors franchise and I want their response to be, ‘Yeah, I see those trucks everywhere.’  I’m also looking forward to being home for dinner every night!”

Mark and Rachel Simmons aren’t the only entrepreneurs who are looking forward to growing their Footprints Floors empire- our floor franchise opportunity is selling out fast in territories across the United States! With a simple, scalable business model, low overhead investment, and schedule flexibility that invites a healthy work-life balance, it’s easy to see why our floor franchise has captured the attention of aspiring business owners everywhere!

Ini Esiet joins Home Services Franchise

Ini Esiet joins Home Services Franchise

home services franchise

Monday marked the beginning of a new month, so to ring it in, we decided to welcome our newest home services Franchise Owner, Ini Esiet, to the Footprints Floors family!  Ini has been up and running with his new home services franchise in Gastonia, North Carolina since March 16th! We were lucky enough to sit down with Ini for a recent interview to get to know more about him and his story.

To This Accountant, Our Home Services Franchise Numbers Made Sense!

Being a home services Franchise Owner with Footprints Floors wasn’t always on the radar for Ini Esiet. In fact, he’s spent the past few years as an accountant, having previously worked as an accounting manager and sales and marketing manager. However, after recently having a son with his wife and relocating to Gastonia, North Carolina from Asheville, Ini decided it was time for a career change. He knew that he wanted to start a business of his own, but was unsure what kind specifically. By chance, he stumbled across a Footprints Floors ad, and after looking over our impressive investment and sales numbers, he was interested. Ini went on LinkedIn to learn more about the company and connected with Rob Ricco, a Footprints Floors home services Franchise Owner in his area. Rob reaffirmed to Ini that opening a home services franchise with Footprints Floors was indeed a great idea. Ini was ready to move forward with the franchising process!

The next step for Ini was to attend a Footprints Floors Discovery Day, which he did not long after speaking with Rob. This was a valuable experience for him, as he was given the opportunity to go along with Footprints Floors Franchise Owners on actual jobs and see what a typical day in their life would be like. The Discovery Day left Ini with, “An overall really good feeling in general,” he described. “Everyone seemed to be really transparent. Anything you could possibly run into that could be a hiccup, they seemed to have thought it out.” Getting to meet both the corporate staff and Franchise Owners themselves helped him to see a variety of different perspectives on the brand and to better understand if our home services franchise was the right choice for him.

home services franchise

Luckily for us, this experience truly solidified Ini’s decision to open a home services franchise with Footprints Floors. However, ultimately for him, it came down to the numbers. “For me, I’m a numbers guy- the decision was pretty much already made by the numbers and then cemented by the great people,” he explains.

What numbers was he referring to? For starters, our Franchise Owners saw average gross sales of $747,401 last year, with our highest performing territories hitting nearly $1.9 million!* For only an initial investment of $68,130 – $95,580, this is a massive opportunity! In other words, our Franchise Owners have the potential for tremendous profits with minimal overhead costs and start-up fees. With a quick start-up time, our Franchise Owners can see their initial investments recuperated in 3-6 months!

In addition to the financials, Franchise Owners like Ini enjoy a variety of other benefits. They receive 24/7 support from our corporate support team, helping them with everything from finding new leads to training new employees, and pushing marketing efforts. They are their own bosses, meaning that they get to set their own hours and work on their own clocks. This allows them an ideal work/life balance, meaning they get to spend more time with their families and do more of what they want when they want. Overall, our Franchise Owners are not just happier because of this, they are more passionate about what they do. They are active figures within their communities and get to truly help homeowners to better enjoy their homes.

A Home Services Franchise With Support You Can Trust

Drawing upon his own experiences in our Franchise Education Process, Ini offered some advice for potential Franchise Owners with our home services franchise: “Try to make it out for Discovery Day and see if you like the business on paper,” he said. “When you get out to a Discovery Day, meet the people, and get more information about the systems that are in place, it adds credence to ‘you’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself.’” It’s exactly this mindset that makes Ini such a perfect fit for our brand, as we like to think of ourselves as one big family that has each other’s backs. Be it our strong support program, the work/life balance our Franchise Owners enjoy, or simply the passion they have for making change within their communities, our Franchise Owners truly enjoy what they do and who they are doing it with.

As we approach the halfway mark for 2020, we’re thankful for Franchise Owners like Ini Esiet that give our home services franchise life. We’re currently accepting qualified applicants across a variety of territories. If this sounds like something that would interest you, visit our franchising site today.

Floyd Khemai Opens Hardwood Flooring Franchise

Floyd Khemai Opens Hardwood Flooring Franchise

hardwood flooring franchise owner Floyd Khemai

For those of you who think owning a hardwood flooring franchise requires years of experience in construction or carpentry, allow us to introduce you to Footprints Floors’ new Franchise Owner, Floyd Khemai. “I actually worked for Verizon for pretty much my whole career,” says Khemai, a New York native who recently moved to Orlando, “I started as a technician and then went into management.”

Floyd, who describes his career in the operations arena as a mixture of “the heavy stuff as well as the individual customer stuff,” credits his time at Verizon with providing him diverse opportunities to work in virtually every aspect of the organization, including staff support, field management, and even the construction side of the business.

After a 23-year career with Verizon, Floyd decided to switch gears and move with his family to a different part of the country, after receiving a welcome and unique opportunity from his former employer. “Verizon offered a buyout at the end of 2018 to all management employees-  I took it, and so did my wife, who also worked for the company,” he explains.

Having lived his whole life in New York, Floyd and his wife decided to relocate to the sun-soaked city of Orlando– a city they’d always wanted to live in- with their young children, ages 8 and 3.

Despite receiving the buyout from Verizon, retirement wasn’t anywhere near Floyd’s radar just yet. “It wasn’t about retirement,” he says, “it was about changing careers.” One of the most important items on Floyd’s wish list for a new career was a more flexible work schedule that allowed him the freedom to spend time enjoying life. “I love spending time with the family,” Khemai says. “I love to golf- it’s one of the reasons I came down to Florida!”

Wishing to embark on a career that gave him more time for leisure and enjoyment of his new life in Orlando, Floyd began looking into opportunities that allowed him to invest in himself as a business owner. A fellow former Verizon employee whom Floyd had known since high school mentioned that she had been looking at franchise opportunities, making him curious about whether franchising might be right for him as well. With the help of a broker, Khemai began looking into potential franchise investments to find one that fit in with his many years of on-the-job experience.

To Floyd’s surprise, his best match for a franchise opportunity had nothing to do with telecommunications- in fact, it was a hardwood flooring franchise! He was pleased to see that all the expertise he had gained in management and leadership roles with Verizon would come in handy as the owner of a Footprints Floors franchise. He also saw the simple, home-based business model as a huge plus! “Not having to have a storefront or carry inventory- that was huge!” he says.

One of the main factors that mattered a great deal to Floyd was the hardwood flooring franchise’s low overhead investment and industry-leading unit economics. He says, “I’m using my retirement savings to fund this business, and I didn’t want to dip too deep into that. It’s an amount I’m comfortable with. Also, the potential earnings look good- everywhere you go, there are new developments popping up all over the place.” Seeing how quickly he could potentially make a return on his initial investment helped Floyd decide to move forward with Footprints Floors.

By the time Floyd was ready to meet our Founder Bryan Park and the rest of the Support team at our Corporate headquarters in Colorado for Discovery Day, he was already impressed with what he’d seen so far about our hardwood flooring franchise. As he explains, it wasn’t so much about what Footprints Floors was doing, but how they were doing it differently from other flooring installation companies- particularly when it came to how we treat our customers.  “I come from the customer service industry where communication is key- not only clear communication but timely communication,” says Khemai. “I’ve seen where communication can make or break a deal. You always try to deliver the best work you can, but if a customer is not being informed and you’re not managing expectations, it can be very difficult.”

Floyd feels that the constant communication and dedication to service that Footprints Floors Franchise Owners provide for their customers is the key element in our successful hardwood flooring franchise model. “That people-first approach- you’re setting an expectation with a customer, keeping them informed every step of the way.”

Floyd’s Orlando territory will officially be up and running next week and is scheduled to begin scheduling estimates for customers on Monday, May 18. Thanks to the new virtual estimates we’ve made available to customers, Floyd and other Footprints Floors Franchise Owners haven’t had to miss a beat during this tumultuous time and continue to book new flooring installation and restoration jobs, which are conducted safely and in adherence to social-distancing guidelines outlined by the CDC.

By investing in our recession-resilient hardwood flooring franchise opportunity, Floyd has set himself and his family up for potential financial success- not to mention the tremendous emotional rewards that come with schedule flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. We’re proud to welcome him to the Footprints Floors family!

Dean Sandler is Starting a Flooring Business!

Dean Sandler is Starting a Flooring Business!

starting a flooring business

Flooring Business Owner Dean Sandler

For new Franchise Owner Dean Sandler, starting a flooring business with Footprints Floors is just one of the many changes that he’s planning to make within the next several months as he embarks on a new chapter of life in Asheville, North Carolina. Currently residing in New York City, where he’s enjoyed a career as a presentation consultant for a number of high-profile companies across multiple industries, Dean has spent the last 20 years helping major corporations add some professional polish to their presentations to clients, staff members, and prospects.  “I was a pioneer in the presentation consulting industry, and worked for some Fortune 100 companies ranging from advertising to pharmaceuticals to financial services,” he explains.

Over the course of his two-decade career, Dean helped major corporations create a user-friendly, branded firmwide presentation template that everybody could use, as well as on-brand, professional-looking PowerPoint decks for future presentation needs. Due to the necessity of having to remain in close proximity to these large organizations, Sandler stayed rooted in New York. As he puts it, “I’m working with the Board of Directors, C-suite executives, major groups in companies directly to optimize important presentations. I’m trying to sell multi-billion dollar concepts or services. You kind of have to be in a big city for that.”

In addition to his presentation consulting career, Dean took a detour into building management, something that first got him interested in home improvement, remodeling, and other renovation-related industries. “I fell into managing the 89-unit condominium building I  bought into, and brought a level of professionalism that was seriously lacking,” he tells us.

After achieving success as both a presentation consultant and a building manager, Dean was ready to fulfill some long-anticipated personal goals, including a move from New York to Asheville, North Carolina. “I’m focusing on enjoying myself,” he explains. “I wanted to move to Asheville after 35 years. I wanted a couple of dogs. I’ve ordered a French spaniel puppy and a pickup truck. I want to discover a part of myself that I can’t here in New York.”

As Dean became more invested in his move to Asheville, he began looking at possible business ventures that he could undertake in his next chapter of life. “I didn’t want to do consulting so I was looking for an opportunity in the restaurant/bar industry,” he says. He found just what he was looking for in a startup restaurant, Singletree Heritage Kitchen, in the neighboring town of Waynesville. “It’s a chef-driven upscale casual restaurant with a regional focus,” Sandler says, adding, “It’s run by a former junior partner of a restaurant called Corner Kitchen in Asheville- Obama ate there!”

Dean realized, however, that as an investor in the restaurant, he’d still need a source of income. That’s when the Footprints Floors opportunity presented itself. When a franchise consultant reached out with six potential opportunities, including Footprints Floors, Dean began to see how starting a flooring business could fit into the life in Asheville that he had envisioned. “I felt like it had good parameters, that it was doable by one person and that it was flexible. I love the fact that they handle lead generation through their call center. It brings a professional level.”

Sandler had also seen the unmet need for professional flooring services in Asheville and knew what kind of potential starting a flooring business could hold, thanks to his own personal experiences with getting the restaurant off the ground. “I knew Asheville needed more professional contractors because my restaurant construction has been delayed for so long,” he says. “Well-off people are moving there for retirement like I am, and there’s just a huge need for residential and commercial construction.”

Dean pursued the opportunity and began his Education Process, culminating in his Discovery Day at Footprints Floors HQ in Colorado. He found a kindred spirit in Founder Bryan Park, and describes him as “committed and involved and open, transparent.” He also found some common ground with Bryan thanks to their similar good taste in trucks. “His fleet truck is a Ford Ranger, and that’s the kind I’m getting!” he says. Most of all, Dean was eager to invest in a successful company that already has an excellent business model and world-class corporate support. He says, “I’m not reinventing the wheel like I would have had to do if I had started my own company.”

Though Dean signed his franchise agreement back in February, he has elected to begin his Footprints Floors training in August so he can take this time to get better acquainted with his new Asheville surroundings. “My territory is HUGE so I’m looking at introducing myself to all the different neighborhoods and looking at all the different styles of houses,” he explains. “I’ll be renting for the first year in a very popular area- it’s like the Brooklyn of Asheville- very alternative, lots of restaurants.”

Once he’s up and running this fall, however, what’s the thing he’s looking forward to most? “Making money!” he laughs.

Dean had a dream to leave the corporate life behind and embark on a new adventure miles away from the big city. Starting a flooring business with Footprints Floors is an ideal fit for his new lifestyle, not to mention a major asset to his growing community. We’re proud to welcome Dean to the Footprints Floors family!

Adnan Alhaider Brings Flooring Installation Franchise to Motown!

Adnan Alhaider Brings Flooring Installation Franchise to Motown!

We’re bringing our flooring installation franchise to the Motor City, and it’s all thanks to Adnan Alhaider! Adnan is on track to open two Detroit-area Footprints Floors locations soon, and we couldn’t be more excited! We were able to chat with Adnan and learn a little more about his background, goals, and what led him to choose a franchise opportunity in the recession-resistant Home Improvement industry.

Adnan comes to us from the corporate world, fresh from an 8-year career at an engineering firm where he worked his way up to a business management position. However, he never forgot his fond memories of owning his own business years before joining the corporate workforce. “Fresh out of college I started my own company that lasted for 2 years, and then I was getting married and decided to find more stable employment,” he says, referring to the import/export wholesale kitchenware distribution company he founded. “But I’ve always had that entrepreneurial spirit and have been entertaining ideas of owning a business.”

Wishing to minimize the substantial risk that comes with starting a business from scratch, Adnan first looked into turnkey business opportunities available for purchase in his community. During an online search, he happened to see an ad for Footprints Floors! Though he had never considered owning a flooring installation franchise, the ad intrigued him enough to fill out a confidential questionnaire. “(Footprints Floors Franchise Development Director) Mike Edwards called less than an hour later,” Alhaider recalls, adding, “ It was kind of an accident that I found out about them!”

Discovering our flooring installation franchise opportunity may have been a happy accident, but Adnan knew a good thing when he saw one- he was fascinated by our outstanding economics and simple, home-based business model and enjoyed the potential for security that owning a business in a recession-proof industry like Home Improvement can offer. “The business model makes the overhead much lower,” he explains. “There’s no monthly rent, no employees that are just there because you’re open, whether you have work to do or not. The whole corporate support system- a call center, appointment schedulers- the percentage the franchise is charging is never going to be more than what it would be to have to hire a secretary and pay for an office.”

The low initial investment attracted Alhaider initially, but it was the warm, family-oriented business culture that held his interest and made him seriously consider the possibility of investing in a flooring installation franchise. “For nearly the past eight years, I was with an incorporated, family-owned business,” he tells us, recalling, “It had that family atmosphere to it. That’s one thing I kind of noticed right off the bat with Footprints Floors, as I learned more about them and then when I actually got to meet the team in Colorado- they have that sort of culture too! That drew me to them and made my decision easier.”

Seeing the Footprints Floors team as one big happy flooring installation franchise family especially hit home for Alhaider upon meeting our Founder, Bryan Park. “I’ve done my fair share of looking into companies and franchises- I don’t think I can say I’ve found any company where the owner is willing to give up so much of his own time to work with Franchise Owners,” says Adnan. He also received a warm first impression from the rest of the corporate staff and was impressed by the level of support he can look forward to as a Franchise Owner. “Anything you need, someone’s going to give you an answer,” he says. “You don’t have to figure it out all on your own.”

Many years ago, Adnan pursued his dream of entrepreneurship by starting a company from scratch. This time around, he doesn’t have to go it alone- he has the full support of our Footprints Floors corporate team backing him and helping him build a successful flooring business. He’s looking forward to being part of our Footprints Floors network, and we’re excited to have him in the family!

If you, like Adnan, want to take control of your financial future by investing in yourself and opening your own business, a Footprints Floors franchise may be just right for you! We’re gaining serious ground in territories across the United States, and are awarding franchises to people we feel make a great fit for our tight-knit family of Franchise Owners. Investing in the Footprints Floors opportunity means getting to own a company in a recession-resistant industry that will always be necessary for as long as people need floors in their homes! Flooring Franchise Welcomes Daniel Wilkinson

Flooring Franchise Welcomes Daniel Wilkinson

We’re excited to introduce Daniel Wilkinson, one of the newest members of the Footprints Floors family, to our flooring franchise! Daniel was awarded his Cypress, Texas territory back in January, and is on track to begin scheduling jobs soon. We are thrilled to have Daniel on board and look forward to the contributions he’ll make to Footprints Floors by starting a flooring business in Cypress.

Daniel comes to us with a strong professional background in sales and operations management- two fields where organization, attention to detail, and interacting well with people are absolutely necessary. “ I’ve been very fortunate to be in one position and make friends and contacts,” he says about being at ease when networking with others, adding, “Good relationships are key.” However, Wilkinson notes, working for a corporation can be a very different experience from networking with prospects as a business owner. “I appreciate and enjoy what I did, but especially on a sales front it was always limiting to work for someone else- the sky only gets so high,” he explains.

While Daniel enjoyed his 12-year career in sales balanced with 10 years of operations management experience, he has always been an entrepreneur at heart and looks forward to bringing his genuine love of talking with people to his new role as a flooring Franchise Owner.  “I always wanted to go into business for myself,” Wilkinson shares, adding, “I was in the process of going into a cigar business with a friend, but then he brought his brother into the business instead.”

Though a cigar business would have been a fun and fulfilling way to satisfy the entrepreneurial itch, Daniel was intrigued by the simple operational model and family-oriented culture of Footprints Floors when he first came upon the opportunity. “Footprints Floors made a lot of sense to me,” he says. “I liked the conversations, the success of other Franchise Owners, their work ethic, the culture…all of it!”

Daniel’s discovery of Footprints Floors didn’t come from a search for flooring franchise opportunities, though: he was approached by a franchise consultant with Business Alliance, Inc. on LinkedIn while searching for new operations management opportunities following an unexpected layoff at his last position. “They lost a major client,” Wilkinson explains. “Over Labor Day weekend, the client got bought out by someone else and their contracts got X’d out. Lots of layoffs. [The consultant] reached out and I realized I should be thinking about investing in a company rather than just getting another job.” Daniel’s Franchise Education Process began in October 2019, and by the end of January, he was signing his franchise agreement for a Footprints Floors territory in Cypress.

Over the course of Daniel’s Education Process, he was able to take an in-depth look at our flooring franchise model and speak with our Founder, Bryan Park, during his Discovery Day in Colorado. “Speaking to Bryan, he seems very down-to-earth, humble guy, seems nice and helpful- wants to help,” Wilkinson says. “When I went up there to visit them, I was like, “Yup, this works for me.”

Along with the appealing family-oriented culture of Footprints Floors, one of the biggest selling points for Daniel was the amount of support he could depend on from our Corporate Team. He was excited by the prospect of a franchise that would give him everything he would need to succeed in his business. He was especially drawn to the call center that handles appointment scheduling, customer service, and more. “The bread and butter for me is the telecommunications department,” he says.

Daniel, who got married this past May, lives in Cypress with his wife and three children- a 14-year-old son and two daughters, ages 11 and 6. In the spirit of our family-focused business, Daniel plans on turning his flooring franchise into a family business, enlisting his father’s expertise for help with possible expansion to a second franchise territory in the coming years. “My hope is to bring my parents into it at some juncture,” he says. “My parents are going part in with me on the investment, but it’s only a year or two before my dad’s going to retire. Before sales, he was in construction, so he knows how to work with crews. My hope is to have him run another territory in one or two years.”  Wilkinson also hopes to include his mother in his Footprints Floors business for assistance with bookkeeping. “Mom was an accountant- I hope she can work the books,” he says.

As Daniel moves through our training process and gets closer to scheduling the first jobs for his Cypress territory, he is confident that his considerable sales prowess will help him achieve success in the home improvement industry. “My primary job is staying organized, building customer relationships, and making that sale,” he explains. “If you’ve been in sales before, you’ve heard time and time again, sales is sales. It’s convincing people to choose your product over another.” Daniel’s belief in the Footprints Floors business model will help him connect with customers who are seeking quality flooring services with excellent customer service.

Along with realizing his dream of owning a business, what is Daniel looking forward to most about being a Franchise Owner? “Without sounding too materialistic, the money!” He explains, “I do it for the money, but I also work best when I’m not managed. With me running the ship, I feel confident with the resources that Bryan and Footprints Floors will provide.”

Welcome, Daniel- we are excited to see you succeed with your Cypress, Texas territory!
