Meet New Franchise Owners — Lee Becker and Erica Garcia

We are pleased to announce that Lee Becker and Erica Garcia are now operating a Footprints Floors, faith-based franchise in Stamford, Connecticut. Our newest Franchise Owners learned about Footprints Floors a little over a year ago and became interested in what a Footprints Floors franchise could offer them, including a flexible schedule, the opportunity to serve people, and a business framework designed to set them up for success. 

Erica took some time to help us get to know more about her and her business partner, Lee. Both of them come from a sales and distribution background, and although their previous jobs allowed them to gain valuable experience, both recognized that they wanted more out of their careers. Erica states that she didn’t enjoy “being stuck at a sales capacity and not being able to hit full potential due to changes in our portfolio.” What she wanted instead was “to see my hard work paid forward into something I can take full ownership of.” 

When Erica’s career mentor mentioned Footprints Floors, Lee reached out to us because her mentor had “expressed nothing but great opportunities regarding this company and their team.” Upon receiving her initial inquiry, we were humbled to hear that her mentor spoke so highly of Footprints Floors and that Erica and her business partner were interested in learning more about all the benefits of owning a Footprints Floors Christian Franchise, including the ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. They met with Footprints Floors Founder Bryan Park and our executive support team so we could get to know them better, too. Erica mentions that “they were all informative” — taking the time to answer questions, discuss the installation process, and more. Lee and Erica enjoyed traveling to a job estimate, describing that as “the best part of the day.” Erica added that she considers our Founder “honest and humble” and appreciates how Bryan is “there to support all his franchisees and see them succeed.”

Now that Lee and Erica are Franchise Owners, they are on a mission to help their customers understand all their flooring options and to schedule a professional installation with our floor installers. It’s a fulfilling mission because at Footprints Floors, we take pride in giving homeowners the beautiful flooring they want at prices they can afford. 

Lee and Erica not only decided to make the financial investment required to open a Footprints Floors franchise, but also the personal investment needed to make their franchise a success. It’s clear that they are both enthusiastic about Footprints Floors and dedicated to ensuring that all customers will have a top-notch customer service experience. Erica says, “My passion is to help people and build relationships from the ground up. My comfort is not only providing features or products to clients in need, but also offering them a seamless and informative transaction. I enjoy having freedom to make my own business decisions while also capturing the benefits and life lessons that are learned along the way.” 

Like other Footprints Floors Franchise Owners, Lee and Erica have access to our marketing and technology departments. This means that they get to take advantage of our call center, which handles lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer service queries. “The support within their systems and day to day business tasks allows a freedom to focus on sales and closing deals,” Erica says. 

Since opening their franchise in Stamford, Erica has been busy “working with my business partner to grow the territory, learning how to run a business, and working with people to accomplish their needs.” She appreciates the support they’ve received from other Franchise Owners; it speaks to how all Footprints Floors Franchise Owners operate with common goals and good intentions. 

She and Lee believe their business franchise has “unlimited potential” and are excited to see where theirs takes them.
